Failed deployment rollback has introduced a condition where parts of site is rendering as plain text. Multiple landing pages like downloads, VSTS and support are affected. Our engineers are working to restoring functionality.

The "Sign in" link in the upper right-hand corner of the VisualStudio.com site is inactive. Users attempting to sign in are not able to click the link to start the sign in experience. Our investigations are focused on a recent deployment that could have introduced this.
Workaround Available: Users are able to start the sign-in experience by navigating to https://app.vsaex.visualstudio.com/me
