A process has been identified to be consuming high CPU on all web tiers and we have able to apply mitigation. Also, additional capacity has been added to this scale unit to alleviate any possible customer impact in the future while root cause is being investigated.
Users in South Central US region should not notice any more issues accessing the service.

The impact was narrowed down to a subset of VSTS users in South Central US region. A diagnostic log has been extracted from a potentially faulty system and is being analysed.
