Announcing Azure US Government regions on Azure Status page
We are happy to announcement that Azure US Government regions are now listed on Azure Status page. Microsoft Azure Government customers can now visit the page to view the availability status of various services and also get the latest status on any ongoing service interruption incidents. Status information on the page is near real time and users can configure refresh rate between every 2 and 30 mins with RSS feed support.
Users can also configure personalized dashboards and alerts on the Azure Portal using the Service Health blade. This provides targeted alerts to show when service events directly impact your resources.
This is another key update in our continued efforts to bring more services and functionalities to our Azure Government customers.

As of 4:30pm Central 01/24/2020 the Azure Gov portal has been down for 2:02 hrs at least. The status page shows it is up and running. What good is the status page if it cannot tell us after 2+ hrs that the service is not available?
