Our logs show the incident started on 10/13, 01:50 UTC and that during the 3 hours 40 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers in EUS region may have experienced data access issues in Azure Portal and may have experienced around 6% of data loss in metrics and possible data loss in continuous export. Service Map, VM Insights and container insights may have also seen data access issues during the impacted window.
