Premier Field Engineering–Dynamics

I wanted to take a quick break from all the great technical content being provided here to give more detail on just who exactly is developing this content and where else you might be able to find our information out in the wild.  It’s been approximately 15 months since we started this blog, and in that time we have hopefully provided content that has helped our CRM partners and customers to implement/administer/troubleshoot their implementations.  The majority of this content comes from the members of the Premier Field Engineering (PFE) – Dynamics team at Microsoft.  The team is made up of both Dynamics CRM and Dynamics AX resources.  The AX equivalent to this blog can be found at

If you happen to be wondering what PFE is, the Premier Field Engineering (PFE) team at Microsoft is a worldwide organization that provides proactive and reactive services to our customers. We provide technical leadership for Microsoft customers around the world, promoting health in their IT and business environments through onsite, remote and dedicated support services. The mission of the Premier Field Engineer Team is to “improve the IT and business health of our customers. Help them grow revenue, reduce cost, gain efficiencies & improve profit, improve their customer and vendor relationships, and improve their employees’ lives.”
