Original post:

We are investigating an issue where administrators managing Azure AD B2C using the Azure Portal are unable to register new Azure AD B2C applications. The issue also affects modifying the permissions for existing Azure AD B2C applications.

The issue does NOT impact users that are signing in using Azure AD B2C. Our engineers are working to mitigate the issue and will provide an update in the next 30 minutes.
