Experiencing Data Access Issue in Azure Portal for Many Data Types – 04/12 – Resolved

confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of
04/12, 13:25 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 04/12, 13:00 UTC and that
during 25 mins it took to resolve the issue approximately 8% of
customers experienced data access issues in the Azure Portal and in the App
Analytics Portal.

    failure was due to performance degradation in one of our dependent platform
