Experiencing Data Access Issue in Azure Portal for Many Data Types – 12/01 – Resolved

We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 11/30, 22:15 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 11/30, 22:00 UTC and that during the 15 minutes that it took to resolve the issue approximately 6% of customers would have experienced data accessing issues in Azure and App Analytics portals.
  • Root Cause: The issue is due to issues in one of our back-end services, which is responsible for data retrieval.
