Experiencing Data Access Issue in Azure Portal for Many Data Types – 11/08 – Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 11/08/2017, 12:41 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 11/08/2017, 12:25 UTC and that during the 16 minutes that it took to resolve the issue 13.7% of customers experienced loading application insights data and app analytics portal.

  • Root Cause: The is due to issues with one of our back end services which is responsible for data retrieval.
