We confirmed that all of our services & monitors are running healthy as expected. This issue was resolved at 08/16 19:58 UTC and therefore at present all data types are shown in service response time chart in Azure portal however some customers will not be able to see data in server response time chart for impacted period. As a workaround, this data is available & can be seen using metric explorer or Application Analytical portal.

We are aware of an issue within Application Insights and are actively investigating. Some customers may experience Data Gaps while using metric explorer feature in Application Insights. This issue started at 08/16 18:20 UTC and impacts only users in US, other regions are not impacted. The following data types are affected: Dependency, Request.
