We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 03/13, 03:45 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 03/13, 03:00 UTC and that during the 45 minutes that it took to resolve the issue 5% of customers experienced Data Access in Azure Portal. All Data Types were affected.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to an issue in one of our dependent platform services.
