Experiencing Data Latency for Many Data Types – 10/12 – Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 10/12, 02:45 PM UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 10/12, 11:30 AM UTC and that during the 3 hours and 15 minutes hours that it took to resolve the issue some customers who send their data to Western Europe Region would have experienced data loss and data latency.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to an issue in the configuration of one of our dependent services.
  • Lessons Learned: We have collected required telemetry data during the impact period which we will utilize to avoid such re-occurrences in future.
