Some customers may have had experienced failures with changes to pricing tier and billing webtests. We have confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 2016/08/22 19:50 UTC . Our logs show the incident started on  2016/08/22 18:45 UTC and that during the 1 hours that it took to resolve the issue 11% of customers experienced errors while trying to update the pricing tier and create, update, or delete alert rules.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to recent configuration changes to the service.
  • Lessons LearnedWe are investigating additional monitoring and failover options to prevent this issue from reoccurring in the future.
