Experiencing Data Access Issue in Azure Portal for Live Metrics – 05/13 – Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 05/13, 23:28 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 5/13/2016 01:14 UTC and that during the time that it took to resolve the issue some customers experienced the inability to access Metrics, Requests and Performance data in Live Metrics Stream dashboard in Azure portal.

We understand that customers rely on Application Insights as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.

We are aware of issues within Application Insights and are actively investigating. We got aware of a bug that was introduced recently in our system preventing Live Metrics Stream experience in Azure portal as of 5/13/2016 01:14 UTC. As a result some customers may not be able to access Metrics, Performance and Requests data in Live Metrics Stream dashboard in Azure portal.
