Experiencing Data Gaps for Many Data Types – 12/21 – Resolved

From approximately December 18th, 2015 23:00 UTC through December 21, 2015 17:15 UTC, customers using the Java SDK to send telemetry may have experienced up to 7% data loss in the Southeast Asia region. All other regions were unaffected.

  • Root Cause: The failure was due to a configuration update on the ingestion endpoints.
  • Lessons Learned: Our engineering teams are reviewing the available telemetry to identify improvements to avoid further impact.
