Experiencing Data Latency for All Data Type – 10/20 – Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 10/20, 13:15 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 10/20, 11:25 UTC and that during the 1 hours 50 minutes that it took to resolve the issue, small percentage of customers experienced data latency.

  • Root Cause: The failure was due to issues with backend infrastructure.

Root cause has been isolated to issues with backend infrastructure which was impacting application insights processing service. To address this issue we recycled impacted parts of service infrastructure. Processing service is now working as expected. Some customers may still experience data latency and we estimate 2-4 hours before all backlog data is processed.
