This is to inform that there was an issue with Application Insights from 9/16/2015 14:05 UTC to 9/16/2015 14:26 UTC which caused many data types to be latent for over 2 hours. This issue lasted for nearly 30 minutes and was caused due an unresponsive compute instance. For nearly 30 minutes that this issue lasted a small percentage of customers may have experienced data latency for most of the data types.
We fixed the affected instance which helped with recovering the data pipeline.
All the data types are with in SLA as of 9/16/2015 14:26 UTC
