A subset of Application Insights customers may have received errors attempting to access their data between 8/15, 10:38 UTC and 8/15 12:40 UTC. We have confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 8/15, 12:40 UTC. During this window, customers may have received timeouts or errors when accessing their Application Insights data through the Azure Portal.
• Root Cause: The failure was due to an infrastructure issue which caused some requests to fail to load graph parts within the Azure Portal UI.
