Experiencing Data Gaps for Availability Data Type – 6/13 – Resolved

We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 6/14, 11:30 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 6/13, 22:23 UTC. Issue has been resolved however customer will see data gap in their availability report for the impacted duration.
Root Cause: The failure was due to issue at network layer that caused disconnection in our servers located in Amsterdam.
Lessons Learned: We understand the issue and if there is any re-occurrence , we will engage our networking team to apply the resolution fast.

Our DevOps team continues to investigate issues within Application Insights. We are looking into network resources to validate if the issue is related to communication between servers located in Amsterdam location. We currently have no estimate for resolution but we provide more information as we learn.
