We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 6/12, 11:23 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 6/12, 08:56 UTC. Our monitors are healthy and all services are running as expected, however customer might see some data gaps or failures in availability test data during incident window.

Root Cause: The failure was due to external network link down at L3 level.
