Experiencing Data Latency for Export data – 6/9 – Resolved

We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 6/10, 05:10 UTC. At present there should not be any data gaps for export data . Again we confirm that there was no data loss during complete incident window. Our logs show the incident started on 6/9, 01:30 UTC and it took ~28 hours to resolve the issue.

We continue to work on replaying the export data that was impacted during this incident window but it hasn’t restored yet. Customer will still see data gaps for data from window 6/9 02:08 till 07:00 UTC. We provide more updates as we progress.

Root cause has been isolated to some of the processing machines which was impacting export data .To address this issue we rebooted the offending machines and now all the services are working as expected. Some customers may experience data gap for next 24 hours. We confirm that there is no data loss and all data gaps will be backfill when we start replaying data.
