We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 5/23 03:28 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 05/23 01:40 UTC and that during the impacted windows customers may have seen latency for all data types.

Root Cause: Root cause is not understood completely. We are working on determining the same.
