We experienced a network interruption affecting the Moscow web test endpoint. All systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 02/10, 23:45 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 2/10, 23:23 UTC and that during the 22 minutes that it took to resolve the issue, all of the web tests configured to use the Moscow endpoint experienced data loss for the Moscow endpoint only. If the web test was configured to use multiple endpoints, all of the others were working fine during the impact window. Approximately 1.9% of the global web test endpoints are configured in Moscow.
• Root Cause: The failure was due to a transient network issue in the Moscow datacenter.
• Lessons Learned: We have engaged the datacenter networking team to provide full RCA.
