Application Insights – Advisory 06/07

This is final follow up regarding the advisory issued on 2/24 about temporary reduction in burst throttling limits for Application Insights ingestion: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/applicationinsights-status/2017/02/25/application-insights-advisory-0224/.
