This is one of the apps I’d like to build but I am super happy to see that my colleague Steve Seow has made it available at the Windows Store. I remember the days when I relied on dictionaries, books and fresh cards to learn new words while preparing for TOEFL, GRE and GMAT tests. This free tool makes the learning process much easier and more fun.
