Any idea on if SCCM 2012 R2 RTM will be released? Or is that going straight from preview to release as well?

The TechNet Subscriber download unfortunately stops at 14% and the Akamai Download Manager is not downloading at all. Is it just me or is there a issue downloading from Sweden?
