Just another friendly reminder (I try to do this about once a year) that Sysinternals is the coolest place to get great tools for developers and admins.  One great example is the virtual desktop that allows you to have up to four "virtual desktops" that you can use (just like KDE or GNOME do for Linux if you have used them before).

 

 

There is also my personal favorite:  Process Explorer!  It makes the Task Manager look wimpy :)
