Correction: MySQL Membership Provider

I have been saying that the MySQL Membership Provider comes from the MySQL folks and I was wrong.  Wow!  You would think they would pull their head out and make this something available but they don't even list a .NET language in their dev center.  Apparently denial isn't just a river in Egypt :P
