There are a few things we've seen recently that you might want to take note of:

Daylight Savings Time Changes

This isn't related to XML, but we're trying to spread the word fairly widely.  The US has changed the dates for daylight savings time starting this year.  You need to make sure your PCs and other devices have been updated to handle this properly:  Windows Update will take care of this, but we realize that not everyone has that turned on;  Windows Mobile devices require some manual intervention. See https://support.microsoft.com/gp/cp_dst
