Automation Tools final release available via the Windows SDK

The Windows Automation API team is happy to announce that the final release of our tools is available in the Windows 7 SDK. These tools include:

· Inspect

· AccEvent

· UI Spy

 

The RTM release of the Windows SDK for Windows 7 and .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 is now available for customers to install from the download center in both ISO and Web Setup format. Web setup allows you to install a specific subset of the SDK you select without having to download the entire SDK; whereas the DVD ISO setup allows you to download the entire SDK to install later.

 

Users can download only the SDK tools by selecting Developer Tools > Windows Development Tools > Win32 Development Tools during the installation.
