My name is Sandra Aldana and I have been the International Project Manager for this project for the last few months. On behalf of the Windows SDK team and the International Developer Division at Microsoft, I am pleased to announce that Windows SDK for Vista is now available in Japanese: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=7614fe22-8a64-4dfb-aa0c-db53035f40a0&displaylang=ja. This is the first time the SDK is localized and we are very excited about it.
The following parts are available in Japanese:
· End of User Agreement
· New .NET Framework 3.0 documentation, WCF, WF, WPF, and CardSpace
· Previews .NET Framework 2.0 documentation
The rest of the components (Headers, Libraries, Tools, Samples, etc.) remain in English. This release also ships the upgraded VC++ compilers shipped in Visual Studio 2005 Service Pack 1. They enable developers to leverage a security-related feature in Windows Vista called ASLR. For any known issues with this release, please check the Release Notes (also in Japanese).
I would like to thank the SDK team for their great support and hard work on this project, as well as the rest of the team members that made this possible.
We would like to hear your feedback on this release.
