What’s with the Ravens logo?

In case you're wondering what this logo is all about …
Ravens

At our Microsoft Vancouver office we have an area where engineers, working for remote teams, are gathered. We used to refer to ourselves as the "orphans", but recently pushed for a team identity.

We suggested and picked Ravens for two reasons:

  1. Raven symbolizes creation, knowledge, prestige as well as the complexity of nature and the subtlety of truth. He also symbolizes the unknown and is there to show that every person sees the world in a different way as another. The Raven is a long distance healer.” -  The Raven

  2. Ravens == Remote and Virtual Engineers

Here are a few pictures of our area. Spot the Build Light monitor Smile
