What makes you “tick”?

My hunger for knowledge drives me. I learn something new every day. Our world of software is ever changing and you must continually learn to stay ahead and provided deep knowledge combined with expertise and experience to my customers. I’m doing this now for more than 30 years. Smile

Where you live?

Currently in Lucerne, at the heart of Switzerland on a great lake and beautiful mountains. I love to spend my spare time on a mountain bike and the trails just start behind my apartments.

Why are you active in the Rangers program?

I love to share my knowledge, incorporate feedback from by day-to-day work with customers using ALM and adopting TFS. The Rangers programs provided additional value to people who use TFS by sharing knowledge and feedback based on real-world experience.

What is the best Rangers project you worked in and why?

Branching & Merging Guidance. A lot of customers have a basic understanding of why and how to branch but sometimes struggle when it comes to “live” the process and also adopt a god process around dependency management. This guide is a value source of information and provided very good guidance based on different use case scenarios.
