I’m an ALM consultant with focus on agile processes, project management and tools to support those areas. This typically adds up to Scrum and Team Foundation Server but other combos have crossed my path too.

What makes you “tick”?

I love to help people and organisations improve. Skills, processes and tools are all needed to remain competitive. In my experience a little can go a long way but if you are ready to put some effort into it you can truly excel in all areas.

Where you live?

I live in Storvreta just outside Uppsala, Sweden.

Why are you active in the Rangers program?

I’ve used a lot of what the rangers have produced over the years and sometimes made improvements of my own. Guess it is about time I give something back.

What is the best Rangers project you worked in and why?

Well I’m new to the rangers so none so far. But I hope to make some nice improvements to the ALM Assessments Guidance and anything else that catches my attention.
