Who you are? PhotoA

I am a Consultant working for MCS. I am in love with my wife, Visual Studio, SharePoint, and WCF in the exact order. I was awarded the MVP Award 4 times, twice Connected Systems Developer and twice SharePoint Server.

What makes you “tick”?

I remember the first time I went to a Microsoft event, it was EDC 03. I was so excited just to be there. Looking at the speakers connecting with the audience, presenting WinFX and talking about Longhorn. I knew I wanted to be one of them. I wanted to be on stage, present to hundreds of people, fire up my VM and paint the future, and pitch solutions to their daily challenges. Next EDC 3 years later I became a speaker in EDC 06, managed to start with my peers the first .NET User Group in EastMed and been already nominated for the MVP program. What makes tick, is the passion, the adrenalin rush I get when I talk about what I love most with my big family of techies..!

Where you live? NonIT

Zürich, Switzerland

Why are you active in the Rangers program?

It’s the best way to reignite my passion for the community and be part of bigger family of techies, god knows I can’t talk to my wife about REST-full services..!

What is the best Rangers project you worked in and why?

I will be working jointly with Ethem on the guidelines for “Windows Store Applications Development in the Enterprise: A guide to leverage Visual Studio Team Foundation Server for distributed development teams”.
