Mike releases Controller Vocabulary 1.5.3

Michael Fourie has released the latest version 1.5.3 of the Controlled Vocab. The Visual Studio ALM Rangers are using this productivity tool both for their email communication and discussion forum discussions. The advantage is simplified recognition of email and most importantly the ability to create complex rules based on the vocabulary used as part of the subjects.
