Introducing the Visual Studio ALM Rangers – Ariel Gur-Arieh

Who you are?

Co-founder and VP R&D at Capito Ltd., Senior Consultant and leading software developer specialized in Microsoft technologies with emphasis on Team System and ALM. Vast experience in developing and leading large and complex application and with MCT skills serves as a presenter in various major events. Ariel is also an ALM Microsoft Regional Specialist (MRS) and as such leads large development enterprise projects.

What makes you “tick”?

I love learning new things, understand them and use them to improve my work/life.
I know how to motivate people to use the new knowledge to improve their work, and love accomplishing a great improvement through knowledge gathering and “right” implementation.

Why are you active in the Rangers program?

This is the best way to distribute my projects and by that hopefully contribute something to the community.

What is the best Rangers project you worked in and why?

So far I had the pleasure of working with the TFS Integration Services project; this project really allows enterprise sized companies to actually have an end-to-end understanding of their development process and by that improve their productivity.
