External Rangers were asked about the recognition program … and the results are?

We mentioned  in our post Getting to grips with my pet hate … statistics … and looking at Rangers Recognition Program results, that we were asking the External Rangers for their views on the Rangers Recognition program. Now that the poll is over, we can be transparent and share the final results:

… the maximum score was 240 in case you ponder over Y-Axis.

The good news is that there were no surprises. We can now work towards getting some new ideas implemented, while strengthening existing program values.

Two of my favourite comments submitted by the Rangers:

  • Missing a Rangers Shirt :-)
  • To me the most important things are the opportunity to do the work and collaborate with other Rangers and product group team members.
