TechED 2010 South-Africa … meet the MVPs, the Rangers and win a “Zune” :)

TechED 2010 has just been launched in sunny South-Africa and it is very important to highlight that two External Rangers are going to be very active at the event, with others joining one of the events from all over the world.

Join Robert and Zayd for the WTB243 – Tales from the field – Best Practices and guidance on implementing TFS2010 session, which will include MVPs ands Rangers from different time zones, a typical challenge experienced by the Rangers. See you there!

    Great discussion, cant wait to check out the lab management guidance.

    The guidance around branching and merging has helped alot in setting up a good practicle processes for us.

    The concept of a Ruck is also interested and I will be checking that out as well.

    In the talk the topic of SVN to TFS was brought up. We have currently leaning toward make a clean break to TFS,

    this is mostly due to lack of info on this process.

    Some good information in this regard could be very usefull.

    However i am concerned that the hassel of migrating is too much trouble

    when just keeping the SVN repository alive for history and going forward with TFS is an option.
