Introducing the Visual Studio ALM Rangers – Silfarney Wallace Ferreira

Who you are?  
Silfarney Wallace is a TFS & ALM Consultant specializing in Microsoft development tools with over 11 years of experience. A professional passionate about technology.

Microsoft certified specialist in Team Foundation Server and .Net Framework technologies, he has international software development experience with broad technical skills in Microsoft products.

Products and technologies as TFS, ALM tools, Visual Studio, Test Manager, SharePoint, TFS & Project Server integration, C#, Object-Oriented development, SOA and Agile development practices.

Engaged in a number of ALM Rangers projects and committed to provide out of band solutions for missing features and guidance in the world ALM community.

Silfarney is graduated in Computer Science, MBA in Project Management of Software Engineering, and keeps specializing himself in software engineering and Microsoft development tools, processes and best practices.

Sharing knowledge, working in teams, helping people, teaching and learning from them.

Goiânia – Goiás, Brazil

Why are you active in the Rangers program?  
Because I am enthusiastic about tools and processes of software engineering, and Team Foundation Server / Visual Studio ALM are wonderful tools / platform that support this discipline.

I want to contribute to the evolution of TFS and to spread this technology globally.

These are some of the Rangers projects I like and I do believe they leverage the ALM community space: Build Customization Guide, Branching and Merging Guide, TFS Process Template Customization Guide, Visual Studio Architecture Tooling Guide and TFS Integration Platform.
