An error occurred : Failed to find any azure subscriptions for the current user

The BOTs registered under the dev.botframework.com are to be migrated to  Azure Bot service as the dev.botframework.com will be retired on March 31, 2018.
Sometimes,while migrating from dev.botframework.com to azure Bot service, we are seeing the below error.

 

This error occurs if the website , dev.botframework.com , is logged in with an account which do not have any Azure subscription .

 

To overcome this issue , we can follow the below steps.

In the portal, dev.botframework.com,
1.Open My Bots

 

2.Click on the bot that has to be migrated.

3.Navigate to settings tab.

In settings, under the Admin section we see owners.

 

4.Add the owner/account which has Azure subscription in here.

5.Login back with the new owner , now you will be able to migrate the bot  to azure bot services without any issues.
