We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal as of 14:25 UTC May 16th 2018.
Our logs show the incident started on 09:00 UTC May 16th 2018 and that during the 5 hours and 25 minutes that it took to resolve the issue, customers will have received an error when trying to acquire Paid Extensions and Subscriptions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
- Root Cause: The failure was due to a Domain Name changes which resulted in a malformed URL on the client side. A hotfix has been deployed which resolved the issue.

Our DevOps team continues to investigate issues with MarketPlace. Root cause is understood and a mitigation has been identified, we are working on rolling out the hotfix in the next 2 hrs. The problem began at 09:00 UTC May 16th 2018.
