We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal as of December 20th 15:35 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 15:05 UTC and that during the 30 minutes that it took to resolve the issue customers may have experienced slow and failed commands in the Central US region. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
