We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal as of 15:45 PM UTC. The backlog of build requests in West Europe has cleared and customers should be able to queue builds quickly again.

Our DevOps team continues to investigate issues with Hosted Build delays in West Europe. The delays appear to be related with VM provisioning, we've successfully applied a workaround and have observed improvement in the number of builds waiting in the queue.
If the workaround continues to work as expected, we believe the backlog of builds will be resolved in ~ 2 hours.

We're investigating delays with Hosted Builds in West Europe. Customers may observe build delays, their builds may be waiting in the queue without starting. We're working with our partners to understand the errors and work on a solution.
