Issues with build definition page in Visual Studio Team Services – 09/16 – Mitigated

The hotfix deployment has finished and we’ve confirmed that the functionality to load the build definition is working as expected as of 16 Sept 2017 04:02 UTC.

We have identified the change causing failure in getting build definition. We are working on reverting this problematic change and deploy a hot fix to mitigate the issue. The problem began at 2017-09-15 17:05 UTC. We still do not have estimated time for resolution.

Update: Saturday, September 16th 2017 00:59 UTCOur DevOps team continues to investigate issues with build definition page in VSTS. Root cause is not fully understood at this time, though it is suspected to be recent changes in this area. Subset of customers accessing accounts in south central US and south central Brazil region would not be able to load their build definition. We currently have no estimated time for resolution.
