VS2008/Deployment through SCCM/Setup.exe does not end after the installation

When we try to deploy Visual Studio 2008 through SCCM, Setup.exe process does not end after the installation of Visual studio 2008.

From the log:

We stopped the MDM service (Machine Debug manager service) which was holding setup.exe. Deployment of Visual studio 2008 was successful.
