Silverlight 4 Tools for VS2010 and WCF RIA Services 1.0 Released!

This is the final release for Silverlight 4 Tools for VS2010, WCF RIA Services 1.0 runtime and tools. A bunch of new features were introduced into this release, . Let’s take the Data Source Window (used for data-binding UI generation) outputs as an example. With the new release, you will see an icon (which looks like a data can) on the designer that allows you to easily select the generated CollectionViewSource or the DomainDataSource (which is invisible at the design time), and modify its properties through the Properties Window.

New options are provided through the Context Menu, which allows you to add, remove and re-order the Details View generated from the Data Source Window. Since now, you don’t need to achieve this through XAML code, but instead, do what you just see through the designer!
