Is the mouse mightier than the pen?

The question is, is Mighty Mouse also Windows compatible? And is there a 64-bit driver? Or does the Microsoft mouse driver do the trick? I definitely want one.

According to Apple, it should work on Windows 2000 and XP through a CPL application.

    Apple’s mouse is, see

It does not ship with any Windows drivers, depends on the installs MS drivers.

Unless you mean which is not windows compatible.

Hmmm… I think you might find it irritating to use. Apparently, to get that right-mouse click you have to lift your left finger. That’s right – if you’re used to resting your left and right fingers on the mouse, they’re going to get a bit of a workout if you adopt a mighty mouse.

And it looks rubbish. Like a bar of soap. And it’s not even wireless.

I just got mine today. The mouse comes with no Windows drivers as they are not needed, just plug it and you are good to go.

You do _not_ need to lift your finger to right click, although it certainly feels weird right clicking when there is no right-mouse button 😉

Regarding the 64-bit support, I am almost positive it will work right out of the box.
