What do you need to develop server applications?

As we are working on Windows and Hyper-V Containers we are spending a bunch of time talking to people about how they develop server applications, and what we can do to make Windows Server even better for them.  To that end we have put together a short survey which is available here: https://www.instant.ly/s/2BsxB
