I was recently given a pointer to the following document:

It is a very comprehensive guide to setting up network teaming in Windows Server 2012, and discusses many of the common questions that I hear about network teaming (it also discusses network teaming an Hyper-V at length).  If you are using (or are planning to use) Hyper-V on Windows Server 2012 in a production environment – you really should read this document, so you understand all the options that are now available to you for network redundancy and performance.
